History
History
ExecuPharm (EP) was founded in 1993. After 12 years of ongoing success in pharmaceutical staffing and placement, ExecuPharm established the strategy to expand staffing services to include Functional Outsourcing in 2005. In 2006, EP was awarded a Study Management staff augmentation program. In 2006 and in 2007 EP was awarded the same project as the Functional Service Provider (FSP) for all study management activities. This program continues to deliver high quality services with remarkable staff retention and consistently high metrics against key study deliverables.
In 2008 and 2009, ExecuPharm further expanded the clinical operations department, adding several senior leaders from mid-sized and major pharmaceutical companies, and significantly expanded the corporate infrastructure to increase capabilities in IT, HR, QA, and recruiting. During this time, EP also expanded their client FSP services to include monitoring/site management services.
