Stowe Milhous joined ExecuPharm in July 2010 after spending 14 years in the Medical Device industry. He brings over 20 years of management, business development, contract negotiations and clinical experience to the ExecuPharm corporate management team. Stowe manages ExecuPharm’s Recruiting division and Contract Managers while working very closely with the CEO, COO, Business Development and Clinical Operations teams. Stowe has been an integral part of growing ExecuPharm’s client base since joining the company and has built strong, long-term relationships at multiple levels with many of ExecuPharm’s key sponsors. He earned a Master’s Degree in Sports Administration from Temple University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of New Hampshire.
Lauri Sirabella has over 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical research. She began her career with Bayer in 1983 and held positions of increasing responsibility in Study Management and Monitoring, including her final position there as Head of Clinical Operations. Lauri joined Pfizer in 1998 to build and implement Pfizer’s first Regional Monitoring Team. She later was head of the department responsible for operational aspects of study and data management for clinical studies. Her group was responsible for operating over 50% of Pfizer’s global studies. During her career, Lauri has used her extensive experience and expertise to standardize all phases of the clinical-study process, including the development of metrics on performance and productivity. She continues to be an industry expert on Virtual Study Management and on other insourcing and outsourcing models. Lauri earned her MEd from the University of Maine and MS from Southern Connecticut State University.
Lisa Feeney has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years. She began at Pfizer in Regulatory Affairs filing NDAs for many of Pfizer’s successful compounds. Lisa also worked as a Monitor and a Study Manager prior to becoming a line manager for Study and Data Managers. Lisa was instrumental in hiring regional monitors and line managers for Pfizer’s Regional Monitoring Program as well as implementing the program. Lisa has worked in numerous therapeutic areas including oncology, neuroscience, psychiatry, cardiovascular/metabolic disease, women’s health, anti-inflammatory and dermatology. She spent her last years at Pfizer as a Director in Clinical Study Management for the Oncology group. Since 2007, Lisa has worked for ExecuPharm during which time she has managed clinical operations for multiple functional service provider relationships with several pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Lisa earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Eastern Connecticut State University and an MBA at the University of New Haven.
Dave Granese’s 17-year career spans across progressively responsible roles in both public accounting and corporate finance. His focus has been building strong processes around financial reporting, internal controls, financial modeling, M&A readiness, Legal, and Risk Management. Dave started as Controller with ExecuPharm in 2012 and helped to build the accounting and finance functions. He has since supported ExecuPharm with its sale to Parexel and subsequent growth under the Parexel umbrella. Prior to ExecuPharm, Dave worked for the accounting firms, Arthur Andersen, Grant Thornton and CliftonLarsonAllen. He enjoyed servicing middle market companies and their owners to provide assurance, tax and mergers and acquisitions support. Dave earned a BS in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Dave is an active member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association for Corporate Growth and is a board member for the CFO Alliance.
Ellen Maynard has over 20 years of experience in the recruiting and CRO industry, focusing on clinical operations recruiting and business development. She began her pharmaceutical industry career in 1995 as a Recruiting Director for Managed Clinical Solutions, a division of Barton and Polansky, Inc. Ellen joined ClinForce in 1998 and held multiple senior roles including VP, Recruiting, VP, Business Development and Sponsor Relations and VP, Sponsor Services. In 2005, she returned to Managed Clinical Solutions which had been acquired by ICON, plc. and later rebranded to DOCS. Ellen held the roles of Sr. Director of Business Development and US Business Director before joining ExecuPharm in 2010 as VP, Business Development. Ellen holds a BS degree from Upsala College, East Orange, NJ in Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Medical Technology from St. Lukes and Children’s Medical Center, Philadelphia, PA.
